Used when vibration is a problem, patch-lock set screws provide prevailing torque on the screw to
prevent back-off. With a fused nylon patch on the outside diameter, our patch-lock set screws lock in any position --
no need to seat. They are also reusable several times over.
Our patch lock set screws conform to MIL-F-18240, Conf B and are made in the USA to current industry
standards. They are made from alloy steel with hex sockets, cup points and black oxide finish (Rc48-52). Patch
lock set screws can be supplied with brass or nylon tip in alloy or stainless. Lengths not listed may be available on
special order.
