Brass tip socket set screws by Lexington have hard, fully heat-treated steel bodies and soft brass
tips. Our brass tip set screws can also be supplied in stainless steel bodies.
Our set screws lock tight and won't mar the mating surface or the mating part.
Available in standard or metric sizes ranging from #2-56 thru 1"-8.
The brass tipped set screw body is a standard socket set screw of alloy steel, fully heat treated.
The soft brass gib is securely press-fitted into the screw body using our unique locking knurl, which minimizes tip fallout.
